We offer complimentary facial waxing with all cut or color services. Please let us know in advance if you're using Retin-A or any other skin care products or medication that may cause irritation during waxing services.

Because there have been cases where people using MONAT hair products have experienced extreme hair loss and damage, we will not work on hair that has been treated with MONAT as we cannot guarantee the outcome of chemical hair services.

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. Any concerns with any hair service should be shared during your appointment time. If time allows, every effort will be made to make sure you leave happy the same day. If timing does not allow, a follow-up appointment will be scheduled to make the necessary changes based on the personalized vision you and I have created during our consultation process. Changes that deviate from the original consultation and inspiration photos will be considered a new look and therefore, will not be covered under this policy. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 30 days from your initial purchase. Future appointment cancellation policy *
In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I do require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a $25 per service cancelled fee does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.
