Allergies

For your comfort and safety, please be sure to communicate clearly any allergies or sensitivities you may have prior to having any service performed.

Childcare

Children are not permitted in the salon area unless they're receiving a service. Don't get us wrong, we love kids but a salon is not the place for them. The last thing we'd want is to drop a bowl of chemicals, a pair of sharp shears or a hot iron into your child's lap. Due to limited space & safety considerations for your child, please make arrangements for children to be cared for during your service. They're welcome to be accompanied by another adult in our waiting area but children cannot be left unattended.

Service Guarantee

We strive to offer our guests the Highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let us know within 3 days of your visit and we will be happy to correct the issue with no additional charge.
Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed. While this is rare, it is important to communicate my policy.

Finished Results

Because results are most accurately evaluated on hair that has been dried, smoothed, and properly finished, services are only guaranteed when the hair is blown dry in the salon. If you opt to leave the salon without a styling service, you are relinquishing your means to the revision policy.

Retail Purchases

We stand firmly behind all of our products and hope that you will love them as much as we do! Should you find dissatisfaction with any of the products that you purchased with us we will gladly apply the full value of the returned product to another product of your choice if returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Gift Certificates/Gift Cards are non-refundable & cannot be redeemed for cash.

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express & cash.

Confirmations

Appointment reminders and confirmations will be sent out prior to your service through a booking app via text and/or email.

Cancellation Policy, No-Show's & Punctuality

In the event that you would need to cancel or reschedule a reserved appointment, we require 2 days (48 hours) notice.
We send several reminders via text message & e-mail. When 48 hours notice is not given for a cancellation, prepayment of 50% will be needed to request a new appointment with your stylist.
No shows are included under this policy. Please be are that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have scheduled. We will make every effort to accommodate other services with the remaining appointment time.
