Childcare & Guests

Upon visiting our studios, you will notice our quaint and intimate quarters. Due to limited space & safety considerations, we ask you do not bring children or guests with you during your appointment unless they are receiving services. Please make arrangements for children to be cared for during your service. They are welcome to be accompanied by another adult in our waiting area, but children cannot be left unattended. 

Service Guarantee & Revision Policy

We strive to offer our guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. Please communicate any concerns with your service provider during your appointment time. If time allows, every effort will be made to make sure you leave happy the same day. If time does not allow, a follow-up appointment will be scheduled to make the necessary changes based on the personalized vision you and your artist have created during your consultation process. Changes that deviate from the original consultation and inspiration photos are a new vision and therefore, will not be covered under this policy. Guests who choose not to use recommended aftercare or take home relinquish their means to the service guarantee & revision policy. Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we do not offer refunds on services performed.

Finished Results

Results are best evaluated on hair that has been dried and adequately finished. Services are only guaranteed when the hair is blown dry in the salon. If you opt to leave the salon without a styling service, you are relinquishing your means to the service guarantee & revision policy.

Retail Purchases

We stand firmly behind all of our products and hope that you will love them as much as we do! Should you find dissatisfaction with any of the products that you purchased with us, we will gladly apply the full value of the returned merchandise to another product of your choice if returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. Gift Certificates/Gift Cards are non-refundable & cannot be redeemed for cash.

Appointment reminders and confirmations will be sent out before your service through square appointments via text message and email.

Cancellation Policy, No-Show's & Punctuality

To continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our guests, we require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a $50 rebooking fee does apply and will be due before a new date is scheduled. No shows are included under this policy. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have scheduled. We will make every effort to accommodate other services with the remaining appointment time.


Our prices are subject to change. Most of our pricing is starting price points, and pricing may shift based on the plan you and your artist create for the day, hair length, hair density, and any unexpected price increases on various business expenses.

Artist/Guest Relationship

The relationship between an artist and a guest requires a high level of trust and care. At Siren, we take this relationship seriously. If at anytime an artist feels a guest relationship is no symbiotic, we reserve the right to deny service or discontinue contact at any time, for any reason.
