THE SIREN STANDARD
We operate on high-efficiency 5-hour blocks to energies stay high. No dragging 10-hour shifts. Most of our full-time team works ~28 hours on the floor.
The 4-Day Power Week
You’re only required to work every other Saturday because you have a life too! Our team enjoys unlimited time off, Birthday and Anniversary PTO, flexible shifts that support their passions and lifestyle.
Every Other Saturday
We mandate a buffer after every appointment. No frantic sweeping. No rushing. You get paid time to reset your station, breathe, and prepare for your next guest.
The 15-Minute Reset
You aren't just cutting hair; you are saving it. We provide world-class education on texture, hydration, and client psychology so you become a true authority.
The "Curl Coach" Academy
We actually like each other. We foster a toxic-free environment through quarterly wellness events, team dinners, and celebrations. We prioritize genuine connection outside the salon so we flow better inside of it.
Team Culture Events
Walk in and work. From our Virtual Assistant who handles the back end, our Operations Manager who handles the details and our Creative Director who educates our team — support is our focus. We provide your major tools (yes, including Dyson dryers), a stunning sun-drenched modern studio, and stress-free parking. We handle the overhead so you can focus on the art.

We don't do "guesswork." We have a mathematical path to your dream income based on our historical Performance Data.
The Financial Safety Net Commission can be scary, so we removed the risk. You always have a Guaranteed Hourly Base to fall back on. You never have to worry about a "slow week" affecting your bills — you only worry about growing.

The Foundation
Focus: Mastering the "Siren Experience," timing, and retention.
Schedule: Flexible / Part-Time Options.
Compensation: 40% + 8% of retail and tips
Income Potential: $45,000 – $55,000 / year
SENIOR STYLIST
The Professional
Focus: High-ticket color bundles, speed, and client coaching.
Schedule: 4-Day Power Week (No Tuesdays)
Compensation: 42% + 8% of retail and tips
Income Potential: $65,000 – $75,000 / year
THE DIRECTOR
The Standard
Focus: Dream clients, mentorship, and financial freedom.
Schedule: Maximum Balance
Compensation: 45% + 8% of retail and tips
Income Potential: $100,000+ / year (Based on Full-Time Attendance)
*We offer a guaranteed hourly base for your financial security, but the roadmap to six figures is commission-driven

A REAL (PM SHIFT)
Target: Senior Stylist | Shift: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
2:00 PM: Arrive, Setup, Huddle.
2:15 PM: Client 1 (Color Bundle) — $200
4:30 PM: The 15-Min Reset (Sanitize, Snack, Breathe)
4:45 PM: Client 2 (Cut & Shape) — $105 Ticket
6:15 PM: The 15-Min Reset (Reset Station)
6:30 PM: Consultation / Retail / Wrap Up — $50 Retail
7:00 PM: Clock Out.
THE DAILY TOTAL: ~$355 in Revenue (plus tips) in just 5 hours.
THE WEEKLY REALITY: Do that 4 days a week = You are generating High-Volume Revenue without the 40-hour grind
