Shirin believes curls are magic—and so are the people who wear them. As Siren’s founder and educator, she’s dedicated nearly two decades to helping clients reconnect with their natural texture and confidence. Her work has been featured in Curl Magazine and InStyle, and her legacy lives on through the stylists she mentors.

Ally — Operations Manager
Ally is a culture steward at Siren, ensuring that the systems, rhythms, and day-to-day operations support both the people and the vision behind the work. A certified life coach with a globally informed perspective, Ally brings a thoughtful, grounded approach to leadership. Having traveled extensively, she understands how environments shape behavior and she’s intentional about creating one where clarity, accountability, and care coexist.
Her interests range from reiki to fast cars and even caring for her pet snake, reflecting her ability to hold both intuition and structure with ease. Ally’s presence helps keep Siren aligned, regulated, and moving forward, so the team can stay focused on what they do best.
