Our pricing is inclusive and not based on age or gender. Yes, we offer hair services for children, provided they can sit still for extended periods. Younger children may find it challenging to sit through our longer hour sessions.

We're committed to helping you transition to healthy hair, even if it's damaged due to relaxers, texturizers, color, or other factors. Patience may be needed, and multiple visits and haircuts may be required to reach your hair goals.

Absolutely — please notify us of any allergies, sensitivities, or accessibility needs before your service so we can best support you.

Each service includes a comprehensive consultation, so separate consultations for haircut services are not offered.

Before Your Appointment

To get the most from your visit, arrive with freshly washed, air-dried hair, detangled, and without braids, buns, or headbands.
Please ensure your hair is completely dry and styled with your typical non-sticky, non-oily product on the appointment day so your stylist can comfortably work their fingers through your hair and get a feel for hair shrinkage and curl type.

Policies & Requirements

A card is required to reserve appointments. Your information is securely stored and never visible to us. It’s used for easy checkout and won’t be charged without your consent.

We allow a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive later than this, parts of your service may need to be adjusted or shortened.

To ensure comfort, limited space, and safety, only guests receiving services may be on the salon floor. One guardian may accompany a minor receiving a service.

Yes. We are a safe and inclusive space. We do not tolerate racism, discrimination, harassment, or harmful behavior. We reserve the right to refuse service if these boundaries are violated.

By booking, you acknowledge our policies and agree to our liability and payment terms. This includes acknowledging the risks associated with hair services and releasing the salon from related claims.

We’ll work to rebook you quickly with your stylist or another trusted team member.

If you’d like an adjustment to your cut or color, please contact us within 3 days of your appointment. Revisions must be within the original service scope and will be performed by the same stylist at no additional cost.

We may take before/after photos for quality checks or to celebrate your transformation online. We ask you to let your stylist know if you would prefer your photos not shared online.
Payments & Pricing

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Apple Pay. We do not accept cash or personal checks.

Yes! Cash is accepted but we also have a service called Tippy that goes directly to your stylist.
